Biography of Christopher Wash, RPT
Chris Wash was born and raised just outside Richmond, Virginia. He graduated from Varina High School in 1990 and began a 3 year enlistment in the U.S. Navy. Following an injury and medical discharge, he set his sights on a career in Physical Therapy. Chris graduated magna cum laude from Florida A&M University in 1997 with a degree in Physical Therapy. He has held licensure in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
Chris began his career as a staff therapist in Bainbridge, Georgia and quickly progressed in that practice to opening new clinics in southwest Georgia and northwest Florida. Chris began his association with Dothan ENT, now ENTcare, as Physician’s Balance Center in the fall of 2000. He has continued to pursue education and specialist certifications in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Balance Disorders. Chris also provides Physical Therapy services with Covenant Therapy and Wellness, a private practice based in Eufaula, Alabama.
Chris enjoys exploring the diverse symptoms and diagnoses of balance disorder patients and says “It really is an ever-changing field of practice. No two patients are the same, and it always keeps you thinking, reading, listening, and studying.”

Chris and his wife Candice have three children, Sydney, Maggie and Joey. Their family is actively involved at Calvary Baptist Church where Chris serves as a deacon and participates in Calvary’s drama group, the Calvary Players. They enjoy spending time at Panama City Beach and Lake Eufaula swimming and boating.
