Biography of Warren Rollins, MD

Dr. Warren Rollins received his undergraduate degree with a major in chemistry from the University of Alabama in 1968. He received his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham in 1972. Dr. Rollins completed his otolaryngology training at the University of Alabama Medical Center in Birmingham in 1976. He became board certified in otolaryngology in 1976.

Dr. Rollins was in private practice for one year at Caraway Methodist Hospital in Birmingham before establishing his practice in Dothan, Alabama in 1977.

Since returning to Dothan, Dr. Rollins has served as Chief of Surgery at both Flowers Hospital and Southeast Alabama Medical Center.


Since returning to Dothan, Dr. Rollins has served as Chief of Surgery at both Flowers Hospital and Southeast Alabama Medical Center. He is past President of the Dothan Surgery Center. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, American Medical Association, Houston County Medical Association and Alabama Society of Otolaryngology. He is presently a member of the President’s Cabinet of the University of Alabama. He is also a member of the First United Methodist Church of Dothan.

Dr. Rollins is married to Jan Rollins. They have two daughters and five grandchildren.
