Biography of Kent Nunnally, MD, FACS

Dr. F Kent Nunnally received his undergraduate degree with a major in Biology from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas in 1983. He received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1987. Dr. Nunnally then attended the University of Florida and the University of Tennessee where he completed his training in otolaryngology in 1992. He was board certified in otolaryngology in 1992.

Dr. Nunnally has been in private practice in Dothan, Alabama since 1992. He has privileges locally at Southeast Alabama Medical Center, Flowers Hospital and the Dothan Surgery Center.

Dr. Nunnally has served on various committees at Southeast Alabama Medical Center and is on the Executive Committee for the Dothan Surgery Center. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the Houston County Medical Society, the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Facial/Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Nunnally is married to Karen. They have three children and enjoy many sports and church activities. He is also an avid hunter and golfer. He is a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Dothan, Alabama.
